I ordered a summer house flag and a mailbox cover for my first order from the website. The design of the website is great, I had fun looking through all the options and difficulty choosing just one flag instead of one for every season! I felt it took a little long for my order to arrive, but was very happy when it did because the quality of the items is excellent. There was a mistake with my order, as I was sent an Easter house flag instead of my summer house flag. No big deal, I emailed the company and told them about the mistake. I was told to keep the Easter flag (which made me happy, it's adorable!), and I was shipped the flag I wanted very quickly. It was simple and promptly handled. I am very happy with my experience and will be returning to purchase the rest of my holiday flags as the seasons arrive!
