I have been a customer for quite awhile and have many beautiful products including flags
windsocks, a door mat, and 2 metal art pieces.
However. This time the shipping box was damaged as was one of the metal art pieces I ordered. It should be noted the piece was missing the rubber end protectors which I believe caused the item to poke through the end of the box. The item was also bent.
I was advised I would receive a replacement which I haven't as of today.
Looks like there's no way to attach photos.
