I recently ordered a Christmas mailbox cover for my mailbox which I love. I also ordered 3 house flags. I returned one of the flags because it did not hang correctly on my flagpole. I asked questions about that flag but received no response from you. I hope that the flag made it back to you. It was the Santa flag. Love your products but did not like the lack of response from the company.
