My flag holder arrived damaged (severely bent). I emailed Briarwood Lane support to report the problem. They responded immediately asking for pictures which I immediately sent. They responded back immediately saying they had notified the warehouse to send me a replacement. The replacement arrived in a very timely manner. They told me to dispose of he damaged flag holder. The whole process was seamless and easy. I was very impressed with their service.
