I have ordered many balloon wind twisters all beautifully done. I have kept some for myself but mostly given for gifts. Everyone just loves them. I had one come broken once. I emailed the company with pictures and my information and they quickly responded. I was sent a replacement. Great customer service. The delivery time is usually pretty timely. The only time it was a bit lengthy was during a sale and they had an enormous amount of orders which caused some delay.
