The door mats are beautiful. This time there was a major issue with the shipping. The Valentine's Day door mat I ordered on Feb 6th never showed up. I reached out to Briarwood Lane on Feb 16th. They promptly shipped another one. I received it this morning, Feb 20th. Still no sign of the first one...
