I am a long-time customer of Briarwood Lane and always been pleased with the selection and quality of their products, all at competitive prices.
A couple weeks ago, the wrong garden flag arrived, so I contacted Customer Service. They responded quickly and reprocessed my order so that I received the correct flag in a few days. The CS rep said to keep the incorrect flag (which is very nice but suited for autumn), which saved me the hassle of completing a return.
A really wonderful online merchant in my experience.
