After signing up for what I thought was a three month trial for two venues, they then took money from my account stating I had actually signed up for 12 months at five times the rate. With no proper communication for three months I am now in a battle with the management to stop the payments and remove us from the site. Not only has this happened but the enquiries are unqualified (proven by another venue testing the system, proving couples didn't even choose to send enquiries through) and not worth the time spent answering them. Its been truly upsetting and unprofessional. Please don't get duped. Its a great way to throw well earned money and time away.
