I would give 5 stars for my most recent experience with Brightech but I have past experience with them. I have two other standing lamps from Brightech that are not top quality and apparently, you can't buy replacement parts to fix them.
However, I just purchased a Gemini standing lamp and I love it! It is of excellent quality and very nice looking. The dimmer feature is great to have also. I am hoping that this is indicative of real improvement at Brightech.
