“I previously posted a review about a brand new Brightech lamp that stopped working overnight. The following day, I returned it to the store and exchanged it for an identical lamp. And I’m pleased to say that it works perfectly!!! I’m very satisfied with my new lamp!”

“I had been in contact with a customer service rep to purchase a boxing bag for $150. I then see he has put the price up to $520 and won’t honour the price that he had told me. Dodgy!”

“Don’t buy here. They use other companies stock then up the price almost by 3x. Bought a sink off them for $240. Then got a receipt off the company they used for $90. They pocketed the rest. My suggestion - do some homework, find the exact same product off the actual company instead of paying extra for the same thing. Don’t shop here.”

“Customer support without peer! My reading lamp quit and I reached out to brightech to see if they could help or whether I had to buy a new lamp. Grace responded from brightech and asked a few questions, confirmed that the light needed to be replaced and is sending out a replacement head. Within hours of my "uh oh! My favorite reading lamp has died on me" to getting a replacement sent. You just cannot expect better customer service than that. I love you Grace....oh, and brightech too!!”

“This review is for the Ambience Pro Solar Non Hanging. We already have the outdoor Ambiance pro LED 1 watt string lights that we enjoy a lot and wanted to try the solar ones since wee have so much sun in California. I was so disappointed with the result. Lights are in a cool white and not soft warm one, they are not bright at all. I won't be buying more of the solar ones. you can see the difference between solar and LED on these pictures.”

“The solar light string I purchased is exactly what I was looking for - excellent quality, easy operation and quick service. However the technical descriptions of the products on your website are minimalist and the images of self absorbed people tell us nothing about your products and more about the image you want to convey. Banal.”
