“This review is for the Ambience Pro Solar Non Hanging. We already have the outdoor Ambiance pro LED 1 watt string lights that we enjoy a lot and wanted to try the solar ones since wee have so much sun in California. I was so disappointed with the result. Lights are in a cool white and not soft warm one, they are not bright at all. I won't be buying more of the solar ones. you can see the difference between solar and LED on these pictures.”

“Really like this lamp; it brightens up our family room and looks good in the area where placed. Three stars because of quality issues; one of the shades had black marks on it that I was mostly able to get off. I turned the discoloration on the shade to face the back of the room. I also had trouble with the little screws in the arms as they were already in the holes. The threads in one of the arms was stripped so when I took it out and tried to put it back in I had to come up with a “fix” using black tape. Stylish piece but Brightech really needs to work on quality control.”

“Very bright. Will try it out. Should come with tool (Allen wrench of correct size also needs detailed instructions with lamp not look online. Will see about free warranty also need to tell that lamp is HEAVY postman almost could not lift it.”

“Received the wrong color shade. Had to contact customer service. Shade isn’t in stock so I have a light without a shade. Hopefully it doesn’t take long to get shade.”

“Ok until you have warranty issues. When there is an issue, it's difficult to receive a call back and a replacement product.”
