I had been in contact with a customer service rep to purchase a boxing bag for $150. I then see he has put the price up to $520 and won’t honour the price that he had told me. Dodgy!

Don’t buy here. They use other companies stock then up the price almost by 3x. Bought a sink off them for $240. Then got a receipt off the company they used for $90. They pocketed the rest. My suggestion - do some homework, find the exact same product off the actual company instead of paying extra for the same thing. Don’t shop here.

Aesthetically, you guys nailed it. Functionally, HORRIBLE. Trying to get ahold of someone as my lamp is not standing! If it were operational, I would rate you as high as possible, unfortunately noone wants a lamp that cant stand up straight.

Missing parts on a lamp ordered through Amazon. Offered to send me the missing part and invoice me for it. Told me to order the part, and then take it up with Amazon myself. No customer service or support. Can't review the lamp since I couldn't turn it on due to missing parts. Would have to give no stars if possible.

Awful customer service and my package has been lost. Nobody has been able to help me receive my lights or even reorder a new set for me. Hoping they can be of more assistance because I really think their products are beautiful just not their service.

I wouldn’t buy their out door lighting. Work ok for a while then sockets drop. A BIG FIRE HAZARD. Told me not covered under warranty. Buy type where sockets right out of main wire. But don’t buy Brightech outdoor products. Issues with a set and wouldn’t even replace or give a small credit to purchase another. And now twice the price and still the same design.

Two of my packages never arrived - and the latest message that I've gotten from a customer support agent was that it was in transit: no updates on the tracking numbers, no any follow-ups on whether it was back-ordered, nor if my order was simply not yet fulfilled.

Well, they charge you shipping and handling if you would like to return the item. And they charge a restocking fee. So, it doesn't pay to purchase from them to try.

The lamp came broken and looked used out of the box! Still haven’t received the return shipping label or a refund. Customer service takes days to respond

Very, very bad customer service. Placed order but had to change shipping address in order for lamp to arrive in time for Christmas. Instructed to cancel original order (done within 12 hours of placing original order) and place new order with changed shipping address. Assured original order was cancelled yet the lamp was delivered at original shipping address. Again assured original order was cancelled and not charged. NOT. Sent lamp back as instructed. Still billed for original, cancelled order. Especially frustrating because I got numerous emails from Brightech assuring order was cancelled and asking about customer service. NO, I am very, very dissatisfied with Brightech and DO NOT RECOMMEND because of the customer service. Will you print this review?

My Circle USB- White lamp has a USB port that I have been using to charge my phone. One day, it just died. There is no damage to the lamp or the code or the port. I immediately emailed Customer Service who sent out a replacement due to the warranty that was still active. I specifically had the replacement mailed to an address where I knew someone would be home all day. UPS claims it was delivered. It was not. I emailed Brightech CS again as normally in these cases, the sender has to file with the shipping agent to figure out where the package went. This is the email Brightech sent back to me: Thanks for the email! I've provided all of the shipping information of this order below for your records. Since records indicate a successful delivery, you'll need to contact your local facility for further assistance. They have full system access. So once you provide that tracking number, they'll be able to let you know where the package is, or what needs to be done to receive it. ---- There is no proof of delivery in the form of a photograph of the package on a doorstep or an image of a signature of the person who signed for the package. I hope Brightech can rectify the situation by offering me a refund for a defective product or sending out a replacement and ensuring that it *actually gets delivered*. The other Luna lamp I have is not completely aligned correctly for the cover and the lightbulb sits crooked. It seems that the lamps are not well-made and may be good for temporary purposes but to be honest, I would hope that a $90 lamp would function better than that and for longer.

Had a horrific customer experience with Briana Simpson. She was an awful representative of a company that looks like they pride themselves on customer satisfaction. My lamp that is 3 months old stopped working. It was purchased at Walmart who sent me to you. My expectation with a 3-year warranty is that BRIGHTECH would repair or replace. PLEASE ADVISE.
