I bought two lamps several weeks ago. I emailed customer service bc I only received one. The rep just replied with a UPS tracking # and offered no other help. I finally get the second lamp this past week, well beyond the guaranteed delivery date. The bar of the lamp, which is easily 30 lbs, is dented and scratched. It's obvious this was a used/returned product, but I paid over $100 for this. Truly disappointing experience.
