We mistakenly sent in money to a wrong policy we hold. After many long talks with their customer service, after many calls as such, we did not take our money back for 1+ months, NOT yet. There is no way to even talk to a supervisor, they do not really care what you think of them. Since you put your money in the wrong place firstly, it is your fault and you lost the money, $6000+!!!
