Horrific company. Worst customer service possible. Be prepared to be transferred and spend hours on the phone. Their AI phone system is terrible. Just paying the premium is almost impossible. You can't pay for term life online. Only accept postal mail. Ridiculous. Any human you may get to speak with is off shore. Run away! Get your life insurance anywhere else.
