Mailed form to execute RMD. Never got confirmation. Called to follow up. Told to email or fax form. Called again to follow ip. Said they couldn’t confirm receipt of email. Did this 4 times. So frustrating.
In desparation I contacted my agent. He faxed in form, followed up and took care of it.
My advice if you have issues is to contact your agent. It was the only way that this got resolved.
Customer service is horrible. It is as bad as stated by others in their reviews.
