My mother died the first week of February, my brother who is the executor of her estate started working with them on February 11th. We have now had to restart the process for a third time to get payment on her life insurance policy. This is so far, the worst company that we've worked with and the most difficult to reach anyone or talk to customer service about the problems that we are having. I recommend running the other way if you have someone trying to sell this to you. This is a terrible company and likely only solvent because they don't pay claims on a regular basis. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do not do business with them!
