The review would be a 5 but the zipper is defective on one of the pieces. Will likely ask for a replacement to be shipped without sending the bad one back because the bag is unusable without it. Brightline's handling of the issue will reveal its dedication to customer service. Incredible solution for a flying bag. Nothing has ever fit the bill before. Brightline saw this post, immediately reached out on their own, and FedExed a replacement part overnight. Superior customer service and product.
