“Very sturdy. Keeps form, I used 3 different piece as well as the bottle holder and radio holder for the other side. Little pricey but a solid bag.”

“Your products have served me well over the years with my flying as a an airline pilot. They are durable, functional, and carry a lot of stuff. I would like for you to consider developing, marketing, and selling a "CS5 Tall". I have always traveled with my 14" Laptop that will not (with a protective sleeve) fit into a CS4. I do have the CS4 as the basis of my bag and I also have a CS2 Tall just for the PC. I would be able to more easily commute with just a CS5 in the middle and would be able to take out the CS4 and CS2 Tall.”

“As a current owner of the B18 HANGAR Modular Gear Bag, my only concern is the folding cart which is very narrow for the b18, always loses stability and ends hitting the road cracking the b8 angar bag, i hope brightline prepare a folding cart appropiate for the big gear bag or get a link where to buy a wide folding cart.”

“I gifted this to Careva Cross today, a young newly licensed pilot in Livermore. She is my grandson Miles's girlfriend and Ross Bishop ordered it on my behalf. My grandson and she put it all together and both seemed so pleased. He wishes he'd gotten a license too (that may still happen...). She hopes her computer can also fit in there and Miles thinks it will. At any rate she can see how helpful it will be. I am taking the couple and other family members to the Patriot Jet Team Foundation Charity event gala on Sept 20th. “Could not be a bigger fan of this product line and this company. It is going to suck when it gets bought up by a conglomorate and profit becomes the model, but for now this is the greatest place to spend your money as a consumer when it comes to bags!! I have built 6 different bags configured for various needs and activities. Durability. Functionality. Adjustability. Adaptability. Also, if you ever have any questions or need help deciding what the right product is for your situation, you can rely on excellent customer service. “Was unhappy. Bought the full hangar bag and one of the zippers teeth broke after a short period. I tried to contact your company and no one never replied. The only two reasons I ordered again was due I was almost 500 dollars in for the bag combination I bought and my previous purchase which had lasted for years. Was very happy with this new version of your company.”

“Very good system so far! I am a traveling musician/lighting designer, and find the modularity perfect for the ever changing roles I’m in! Only slightly disappointed in the pack cap rear, as I intend to use this more as a backpack/gig bag. The straps for the pack cap make it so the bag tries to twist out of itself, and is rather uncomfortable, and virtually impossible to use. Even after re-configuring the layout multiple times I am trying out a different strap solution (attaching further onto the d rings on another module) with decent success so far. Do you have any other recommendations?”

“Excellent customer service. I tried several of their bag components and eventually returned them. While the quality was high, the size of the pockets were rather small and, in my opinion, poorly designed. The 3 stars are based solely on customer service which by itself was a solid 5.”
