Great Bag. I have been using Brightline Bags for about 15 years.

Love my Brightline Bag However I have had to replace 2 back panels as they tend to drag and wear out when hanging off a larger suitcase type bag. Any sort of scuff plate fabric or mesh in these areas would hugely benefit improve the bags looks, functionality, and duration.

Very good bags with lots of options. Zippers are tge weak points.

Good product for pilots, particularly when on sale! Shipping is very slow unfortunately if you live on the East coast. Ordered 11/18, expected delivery 12/2!

I've owned a Bightline bag for over 10 years and use it regularly. It's a well built, sturdy bag using quality product matreials to last.

The bag is wonderful, although a bit dirty, since I use it to fly a lot of hours per year, but the handle broke, so I purchased a new handle, and am pleased with it.

I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the ownership and staff of Brightline Bags. Made a purchase and all went very smooth. Also, their response to an issue involving my older Brightline bag was far more than I expected. They quickly provided the replacement parts, added some additional benefits, and provided verbal details on how to best do the installation. Their support is among the best I have experienced in more than my 76 years. Brightline knows customer service and I appreciate their thorough, complete, and expedient response. You are a quality company. Thank you.

Always used LuggageWorks pilot bags during my time flying the E145 and B737. My BrightLine Bag fits better in the 737 cockpit and has better organizational opportunities than the LW bags I owned. All three LW bags I owned began falling apart within my first year of use. I have really enjoyed my BL Bag so far and I hope it lasts for years unlike my LW bags. So far, I love it.

It worked just as I hoped it would. Much more convenient than a backpacke

The modularity of the system is fantastic. You can pack a lot into a very small space, and the system is designed to fit under an airline seat sideways (as long as you don’t have side pockets equipped). Upside: so many pockets… color coded zipper pulls are a nice touch. Multiple sections make it easy to organize things and grab only what’s necessary for any particular trip. I also really dig the passport pocket. Downsides: the front cap with the backpack straps is… not great, especially if you have a CS2-Tall section (which fits a 16” MacBook quite nicely) or multiple center sections - adjusting the straps to where it isn’t hanging halfway off your back is difficult, and when you get it snug on your back, you can’t remove it from your shoulder without undoing the strap buckles. And even then the bottom of the pack is riding just above the belt line and pinches. Needs a better lumbar cushion, and more padding in the straps. I expect that the primary clientele of pilots doesn’t use the pack straps very much, but us non-aviation users do, and this module needs some more design refinements. The main handle is robust and bulky, but not particularly well suited for carrying, as it’s not particularly ergonomic, and more intended for hanging off a luggage hook. Wishlist: - Velcro panels on the back pockets of the pocket cap, for name tapes, flair, morale patches, etc. - another pocket for glasses or the like on the upper back side of the tall CS2 - dividers for the CS2 and CS3 - small and well-hidden Velcro pocket inside the pocket cap for an AirTag. - a store at DFW that is accessible to the public and open on sundays!

Started out with just the B2 Compute. Got hooked right away! So added Pack Cap Rear and then centers CS3 and CS5. Added Molle Cap Front so that I could create a travel bag for my luggage. Didn't like the (2) wheel hand cart offered but found a (4) wheel cart that swivels on Amazon so using this instead for the travel configuration (this would be my only suggestion - get a better cart offering). My most recent purchase was (2) Side Pocket Foxtrot's. Now I can mix and match different combinations depending on how long my travel will be. Love this versatility with the Brightline bags! Kudos for coming up with this system!
