“I've used Brightline Bags for over 14 years and never had an issue. Everything always works. They're easy to change configurations and the space you have for your items is fantastic. “Over the last 3 years, my original B7 and subsequent additional Brightline bag constructions (using CS2, 4, 5 & 11 sections) have travelled the world with me. Through airports, flights, ships, tour buses, hotels, venues etc, they have had everything thrown at them and they have been 99% perfect. Just one minor tooth failure on a zip but that was met with immediate attention, and a replacement bag reached me within days without cost! A perfect customer service. The bags basically cover all of my requirements for a personal item, cabin bag, tech gear, and weekend / weeklong trip packing requirements, while a suitcase is only added to carry clothes for my three-month long trips! Both product and customer service have been well tested and I give Brightline 11/10!”

“Purchased the pack cap rear and installed into my B4 swift, it works really well and it transforms this bag into a very convenient back pack, I use this configuration frequently when I am carrying multiple bags. The backpack straps are neatly stored inside the back pocket when not in use. Extremely well thought out and executed, Great quality.”

“I purchased a replacement end cap. I received one with the zipper backwards. The only way to attach is to put it inside out. I sent a claim and got a reply of remove pull tab. Which did not work due to being backwards. Spent $100 on a cap that I cannot use.”

“I love the bags, I just wish they were more resistant to drag wear. I have to replace a section every few months. As a professional pilot it can sometimes be difficult to get your bags completely off the ground without putting them around the handle, which makes roller bags very heavy. It would be nice if there was a large center section that had wheels on one side. Most pilots in the US use luggage works stealth bags, and their baggage hooks old lady adjust so far”

“Thanks for helping with the address correction on my order. You should fix your custom bag build to flag when you order side pockets with an incompatible Center bag. You should also provide free return postage. I paid once for the delivery. I shouldn't have to pay again for the return.”

“My new Brightline Bag has greatly eased my travel experience. I fly 40 + weeks a year and I always have issues with my computer bag not fitting. As a rescue Trainer I have to bring AV equipment as well as a computer. My Brightline bag holds all of my training stuff and has fit on every plane so far. One zipper and the bag will fit even on small planes.”
