“I love the bags, I just wish they were more resistant to drag wear. I have to replace a section every few months. As a professional pilot it can sometimes be difficult to get your bags completely off the ground without putting them around the handle, which makes roller bags very heavy. It would be nice if there was a large center section that had wheels on one side. Most pilots in the US use luggage works stealth bags, and their baggage hooks old lady adjust so far”

“Thanks for helping with the address correction on my order. You should fix your custom bag build to flag when you order side pockets with an incompatible Center bag. You should also provide free return postage. I paid once for the delivery. I shouldn't have to pay again for the return.”

“My new Brightline Bag has greatly eased my travel experience. I fly 40 + weeks a year and I always have issues with my computer bag not fitting. As a rescue Trainer I have to bring AV equipment as well as a computer. My Brightline bag holds all of my training stuff and has fit on every plane so far. One zipper and the bag will fit even on small planes.”

“The white zippered pocket in the front section didn’t fit my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Considering that many users have iPhones, it might be worth updating the size of this pocket. (The regular-size iPhone fits, but not the Max.) I believe I’m one of the first pilots at Japan Airlines to use this bag. I’d love to spread the word about this product among my colleagues. I often get asked about my new Brightline bag, and it clearly attracts a lot of interest. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product.”

“The bag builder is amazing, and the 2D models of the bag parts with dimensions makes it super simple to put together your perfect configuration. The construction seems extremely sturdy, and I like knowing that if my requirements change in the future I can get away with changing parts of the bag instead of replacing it completely.”

“New, replacement handle is a very different material from previous plastic handle. Old handle was smooth plastic and slid on the luggage hook to click into the slots easily. New handle is fluted and has a dull, matte finish and does not slide at all. It's impossible to slide the handle into place when the hooks don't line up exactly right. Please bring back the old smooth plastic.”
