“Thanks for helping with the address correction on my order. You should fix your custom bag build to flag when you order side pockets with an incompatible Center bag. You should also provide free return postage. I paid once for the delivery. I shouldn't have to pay again for the return.”

“Excellent pre and post sale support! Quality bag, holds way more than my TUMI backpack in a smaller and more organizable package; everything has it's place in this bag and the modular build makes this THE MOST FLEXIBLE bag I've ever owned. “My new Brightline Bag has greatly eased my travel experience. I fly 40 + weeks a year and I always have issues with my computer bag not fitting. As a rescue Trainer I have to bring AV equipment as well as a computer. My Brightline bag holds all of my training stuff and has fit on every plane so far. One zipper and the bag will fit even on small planes.”

“The bag builder is amazing, and the 2D models of the bag parts with dimensions makes it super simple to put together your perfect configuration. The construction seems extremely sturdy, and I like knowing that if my requirements change in the future I can get away with changing parts of the bag instead of replacing it completely.”

“This is not simply a bag, but a system that is totally customizable and sizable for my travel needs. I travel internationally and take this with me each time. I am able to expand this and downsize as needed. These are duable and very well made. the team at brightline are persanable and professional. I am stopped often in airports and asked about this bag. This is a great product!”
