“I gifted this to Careva Cross today, a young newly licensed pilot in Livermore. She is my grandson Miles's girlfriend and Ross Bishop ordered it on my behalf. My grandson and she put it all together and both seemed so pleased. He wishes he'd gotten a license too (that may still happen...). She hopes her computer can also fit in there and Miles thinks it will. At any rate she can see how helpful it will be. I am taking the couple and other family members to the Patriot Jet Team Foundation Charity event gala on Sept 20th. “Could not be a bigger fan of this product line and this company. It is going to suck when it gets bought up by a conglomorate and profit becomes the model, but for now this is the greatest place to spend your money as a consumer when it comes to bags!! I have built 6 different bags configured for various needs and activities. Durability. Functionality. Adjustability. Adaptability. Also, if you ever have any questions or need help deciding what the right product is for your situation, you can rely on excellent customer service. “As a music tour manager, I travel the world and required cabin luggage that a) stayed with me in the aircraft cabin and wasn’t checked at the gate by the ground staff b) that could give me quick and easy access to my computers, hard drives, Walkman & tour paperwork while on the move. My B7 (customised) gives me that and so much more. “Whether I’m instructing at home or contracting in jets my B4 BrightLine Bag carries everything I need. The design is incredibly versatile, and I can configure it to meet whatever the day demands. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. My order ran into some shipping issues, but their team handled it quickly and professionally — and I still had my bag in just two days. “Fantastic! Quality! Affordable! I do have some suggestions: Color dots on zippers same color for each location or type (blue top, green mid, red divisors etc), loop to be able to lock sunshades compartment atop. Just suggestions. The product is AMAZING!!!”

“I've had my bag for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with it. I work in entertainment production and value a bag that's able to compartmentalize each item I need so I can quickly find it. I've also used this bag for personal travel—it slides underneath the airplane seat in front of you and fits in the overhead compartment. It truly is a gem. I hate that I had to buy the straps separately to use it as a backpack, but honestly, it's a once-in-a-lifetime investment because it's such great quality.”

“Love the bags. The flex system is ingenious allowing me to “make” the bag for each trips needs. I love the customization. I think I have each center section that is offered and use them all for different missions along with my front cap that keeps all of my stuff that’s needed for every flight.”

“Front cap zipper broke while on a trip (after 10yrs service). Ordered new front and rear caps for my bag online. The replacements were waiting for me upon return and fit perfectly with the older section. Not the cheapest option on the market for sure, but the quality and versatility of the product are worth the expense.”

“This is my second complete bag purchase from BrightLine Bags over the past decade. I frequently use my BL Bag while flying for a major airline. It undergoes weekly heavy use and is fantastic! It’s incredibly durable, retains its shape, and looks great. My original bag would still be in excellent condition after seven years, but I didn’t realize I was dragging it while hooked on my rollerboard and wore the material thin. However, it took a long time for that to happen! Whoops! I also had a great experience with BrightLine Bags’ customer service. Several years ago, I encountered a broken zipper in one of the smaller front pockets and was able to get it resolved without any issues. My new bag is still made of high-quality material, constructed to be extremely durable, and looks great! The addition of the shoulder straps to the rear cap was a stroke of genius! I only wish you offered rollerboards! Thank you for a fantastic product!”

“I really love it! Only changes I would make is the feet on the bottom are a little small, with weight on the front pocket attachment it kinda just slumps over. Also there are alot of logos that make it difficult to put my own patches on with normal adhesive.”
