Overpriced and don’t really last that long. Customer support is nonexistent

Love the bag configuration I bought and received. Just wish you guys made the same configuration a little slimmer. I fly the B737/800/Max8 and the bag just doesn't get very well in the location for flight bags.

The quality of the bag is amazing. Disappointed that my DSLR and its lenses did not fit. I had to make a lot of adjustments to the internal pieces by cutting and sewing to make it fit and it really did not fit well. I think they need to re-think this item. It is a GREAT idea. I think it would work well if they took the current models of Nikon/Canon full fram DSLR's and their full frame lenses and made a bag. Now that would be amazing. Otherwise I have no complaints. the bag is what they say it is.,

The zippers are a little weak. The bag only lasted me 1.5 years before it started to fail. I fly a 737/8 and the environment is not that harsh. It’s a great bag all in all.

It's a decent bag, but not great. The organization available with the bag is great. Being able to customize the bag is very helpful to getting only what I really need. It's a good carry-on bag and fits nicely under airline seats. Each section comes with plenty of pockets for all the little things I like to bring with me. However, the zippers are a little substandard. I had to order two new sections because so many zippers broke. When the new sections arrived I found the zippers to be a tiny bit mismatched, making it difficult to zip the new sections together. Also, on the top pocket there was a manufacturing defect where the pocket was partially sown to the inside of the bag so when I unzipped it the top wouldn't open because of the defect. I was able to cut it loose but now it has a cut mark in my new bag. It has the potential to be a great bag, but if the zippers break again I'll try another brand.

The company charges a premium for aviation related bags. That fine if it lasts awhile but the folding cart was a huge disappointment.

Make a 1 inch side bag. Also make a bag with fewer zippers for the side. And on all of the bags, make a rubber piece on the bottom so it does not sit on the ground, but on the rubber pieces. Only the big center one has the rubber pieces currently.

Interesting concept. But I ordered some accessories wrongly due to lack of advice in the Web.

Disappointed to find out these the slim handle that was part of the B0 Slim did not come with it. I’ll be able to give a review once I have a way to use it.

Hi Eric, I see that you didn't get a Slim Handle Kit with your B0 SLIM. That's certainly not right. I don't know what happened there, but we'll send you a Slim Handle Kit right away. Sorry for the trouble. Ross Bishop

I’ve had a brightline bag for several years now, and I’m generally very happy with it. I just bought a new laptop that’s slightly larger than my old 13” model, and I had to replace the standard section with a CS2-Tall to accommodate the larger screen. I do with there was a slightly thicker “tall” section as an option-such as a CS3 or 4 tall model, as the section I removed had a little more capacity.

The bag is nice. The camera insert could be firmer to hold a professional size camera it's probably not going to work for what I had planned. Not as ideal as I thought for photography so will see what happens lol. Shipping cost seems high for the time it took to arrive 🤷🏻 I'll do a full review once I've had a month.

Bought my bag in 2006, zipper failed in 2023. Bags are expensive to begin with so expected a few more years out of it I guess. Cost to replace zipper (entire panel) was $50 with shipping, seems quite excessive. Hopefully this was a one-off and all of the zippers dont start failing...

The bags are decent but the outer layers (front and back) need periodic replacement from wear and tear. I’ve had mine for 5 years and have replaced both the front and back panels once each. I’ve found customer service has declined over the years and that’s disappointing, but I still recommend the bag system.
