“Love the bags. The flex system is ingenious allowing me to “make” the bag for each trips needs. I love the customization. I think I have each center section that is offered and use them all for different missions along with my front cap that keeps all of my stuff that’s needed for every flight.”

“Front cap zipper broke while on a trip (after 10yrs service). Ordered new front and rear caps for my bag online. The replacements were waiting for me upon return and fit perfectly with the older section. Not the cheapest option on the market for sure, but the quality and versatility of the product are worth the expense.”

“This is my second complete bag purchase from BrightLine Bags over the past decade. I frequently use my BL Bag while flying for a major airline. It undergoes weekly heavy use and is fantastic! It’s incredibly durable, retains its shape, and looks great. My original bag would still be in excellent condition after seven years, but I didn’t realize I was dragging it while hooked on my rollerboard and wore the material thin. However, it took a long time for that to happen! Whoops! I also had a great experience with BrightLine Bags’ customer service. Several years ago, I encountered a broken zipper in one of the smaller front pockets and was able to get it resolved without any issues. My new bag is still made of high-quality material, constructed to be extremely durable, and looks great! The addition of the shoulder straps to the rear cap was a stroke of genius! I only wish you offered rollerboards! Thank you for a fantastic product!”

“I really love it! Only changes I would make is the feet on the bottom are a little small, with weight on the front pocket attachment it kinda just slumps over. Also there are alot of logos that make it difficult to put my own patches on with normal adhesive.”

“In summary, the Owner is an exceptional individual to engage in conversation with, as he demonstrates genuine care and concern. Regarding the bags, it is difficult to adequately express my admiration. Having been in 121 for 21 years, I have had the privilege of working in various roles, including instructing, corporate, cargo, charter, and 121 airline operations. I have utilized backpacks, Luggage works bags, Aerocoast bags, Tumu bags, and now brightline bags you are referring to. These bags are truly exceptional and justify every penny invested. The intuitive design and thorough thoughtfulness of these bags are remarkable. The color coordination of the zippers with the concealed pockets is ingenious, and the bag’s construction is exceptional. The integrated J hook is particularly noteworthy, as it effectively prevents the bag from tipping over. Additionally, the bag’s versatility is unparalleled, allowing me to transition from a B7 to a B9, or even down to a B4 or B2, making it the only bag on the market that offers such extensive flexibility. “BrightLine Bags are great. The modular aspect is nice and very helpful. When a section gets damaged or has wear/ zipper problems (after about 5 years of daily use) you can replace just the one section. Great product and service.”

“I am a professional 135 Captain/Check Airman flying a Phenom 300. I needed a smaller bag to put my pilot stuff in and place that bag below my pilot seat. Additionally I needed be able to compress bag while lowering the seat so I could get in a out of the seat. I have the pocket front flap, CS2 center, and flat back pocket. I carry all my trinket stuff in the pockets. In the middle section I go back and forth to the hotel with my ipad and my laptop. I wil take my flashlight to and from the airplane. When I go off rotation to fly the airlines I will put my light windbreaker, clarity aloft headset, and charging cables. See pic of all the stuff I have. The only thing missing is my headset which is still in the airplane. Also consider that I dont keep the jacket, charging cables, charger, headset and flashlight in the bag which helps it compress.”

“Customer service was as good as their product. Excellent. Really, this is the ultimate in bag design. Decide which sections you need for any particular trip and just switch the various modules around. So, no having to move essentials to different bags, repacking and reordering all the time. Simplicity for someone constantly on the move.”

“These bags are expensive (shipping was also expensive) but extremely versatile and you can adapt them for any need. When ordered the bag modules I ordered were dispatched quickly and efficiently and I received them in the UK in about 7 days. They are well constructed and very good quality - I will be ordering more modules in the near future...”

“I do a lot of traveling. This by far is the best modular bag system I used. Lots of pockets and fits perfectly in the overhead bins. What I like is the ability to use a single bags just by unzipping it. I have the B7 with a c2 tall and standard middle this trip. It held 2 MacBooks 1 iPad and my surface pro! Passports folders chargers for iPhones everything! Love this bag. I hope it gives me long service life. When I get home I need to get the thin handle for convienience only.”
