“Was unhappy. Bought the full hangar bag and one of the zippers teeth broke after a short period. I tried to contact your company and no one never replied. The only two reasons I ordered again was due I was almost 500 dollars in for the bag combination I bought and my previous purchase which had lasted for years. Was very happy with this new version of your company.”

“Very good system so far! I am a traveling musician/lighting designer, and find the modularity perfect for the ever changing roles I’m in! Only slightly disappointed in the pack cap rear, as I intend to use this more as a backpack/gig bag. The straps for the pack cap make it so the bag tries to twist out of itself, and is rather uncomfortable, and virtually impossible to use. Even after re-configuring the layout multiple times I am trying out a different strap solution (attaching further onto the d rings on another module) with decent success so far. Do you have any other recommendations?”

“Excellent customer service. I tried several of their bag components and eventually returned them. While the quality was high, the size of the pockets were rather small and, in my opinion, poorly designed. The 3 stars are based solely on customer service which by itself was a solid 5.”

“As a music tour manager, I travel the world and required cabin luggage that a) stayed with me in the aircraft cabin and wasn’t checked at the gate by the ground staff b) that could give me quick and easy access to my computers, hard drives, Walkman & tour paperwork while on the move. “Whether I’m instructing at home or contracting in jets my B4 BrightLine Bag carries everything I need. The design is incredibly versatile, and I can configure it to meet whatever the day demands. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. My order ran into some shipping issues, but their team handled it quickly and professionally — and I still had my bag in just two days. Very impressed with this company.”

“Fantastic! Quality! Affordable! I do have some suggestions: Color dots on zippers same color for each location or type (blue top, green mid, red divisors etc), loop to be able to lock sunshades compartment atop. Just suggestions. The product is AMAZING!!!”

“I've had my bag for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with it. I work in entertainment production and value a bag that's able to compartmentalize each item I need so I can quickly find it. I've also used this bag for personal travel—it slides underneath the airplane seat in front of you and fits in the overhead compartment. It truly is a gem. I hate that I had to buy the straps separately to use it as a backpack, but honestly, it's a once-in-a-lifetime investment because it's such great quality.”

“The quality of the bag is amazing. Disappointed that my DSLR and its lenses did not fit. I had to make a lot of adjustments to the internal pieces by cutting and sewing to make it fit and it really did not fit well. I think they need to re-think this item. It is a GREAT idea. I think it would work well if they took the current models of Nikon/Canon full fram DSLR's and their full frame lenses and made a bag. Now that would be amazing. Otherwise I have no complaints. the bag is what they say it is.,”
