I love everything about the bag, except for the shoulder strap. The standard strap digs into my shoulder too much due to a lack of cushion. I ended up purchasing a wider strap with a larger and thicker cushioned section to make it more comfortable to carry. I've been carrying this bag for around 7 years, only replacing a couple of the components.
