Two things stand out about my recent experience with Brightline Bags. First, I have used my Brightline bag on several trips around the country to carry my computer and electronics. I found it to be the best laptop bag I have ever used, and I have tried many, many bags. It allows you to carry much more in a compact form that fits under the airline seat easily. I have since purchased a second, flexible bag that I can configure as a second carry-on bag for even the smallest airplanes in the fleet. I hate gate-checking my bag. Second, my bag lost a zipper pull on its "maiden voyage". A quick email to support with a prompt call back and I had the replacement pull in hand and installed. I'm sold. I will continue to use my Brightline Bags for personal and business travel from now on!!!
