I’m a pilot for a major airline. After reading reviews and watching many videos I was super excited to get my bag. Upon receipt I was immediately disappointed. The size of the bag vs the amount you can put into it did not match. The zippers seem cheap and the sheer amount of zippers make it a bear to navigate and feels like it’ll fall apart quickly. I think the concept is great but in practice it is not for me.
