Great bag better customer service. Ordered the bag for an upcoming trip. Bag was delayed in shipping. Brightline recalled that bag and OVERNIGHT DELIVERED another so I would have it for my trip. Awesome experience. Will purchase more bags when needed, and let everyone know about the awesome customer service!!
