I called around to different doctors in the area that to help me with my anxiety and depression and came to a dead end. My insurance wasn't able to cover anything so I was quoted $250+.visit not to mention the cost of medicine. Also, because of Covid most were not seeing patients at the moment and if they were they were booked so far out. It would have been months before I would be able to get an appointment. The Brightside website was easy to use and they were quick to get me an appointment with a live Doctor (via Zoom call). The Doctor was very nice, helpful and listened to my concerns. We were able to come up with an action plan together. The medicine came in the mail very quickly. I have been on the medication for 3 months and my depression has vanished and I only have slight anxiety. I like that Brightside makes you "check-in with your Doctor frequently via the website by answering a few questions about your progress. I also like the fact that I can message my Doctor with any questions or concerns and she usually responds within 24 hours. I highly recommend Brightside to anyone battling anxiety and/or depression.
