I think it's great but I wish the desktop website was easier to use. I understand it's made for mobile phones, but if that's the case, then is there an app coming? I would love to know that. It would make the lessons more accessible for me.
Also, I wish there were transcripts of the lessons I could read along with the audio. Depression and trauma causes brain damage, and audio processing can get funky from that. It's hard to focus on the lesson at hand sometimes. I would like to see that happen. I also think that would be more inclusive to people who are hard of hearing or deaf.
The therapist and psychiatrist I work with on here are great and down to earth. I've had a better experience with Brightside in just a few months than I did with years of in person therapy and doctors visits.
