Brightside truly helped me get out the pit I was in. I feel so much calmer and more energized about taking on life. I was scared of taking medication for a long time, and I am so happy I finally made the decision to take this step. Life doesn't have to feel like a burden, and with medication and therapy, Brightside has helped me to feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
