I've never had a bad experience with Brightside, which definitely isn't something I can say for other online mental health care services I've tried. Everyone I've worked with through Brightside genuinely seems caring and concerned for how I'm doing, like they're truly in this with me. I feel like I can trust my doctor's knowledge and I feel safe under his guidance on my mental health journey.
