Brightside’s service is great, though I don’t feel that the numbers are very accurate. For example, I might have a pretty shitty week up in my head, and maybe have ONE single good day, and all of a sudden bam my depression anxiety is shown as mild, like what? Having one good day doesn’t mean that all of a sudden a computer program can say that I’m all good, I’m still having a hard time most of the time... though the medication is helping a bit, I don’t feel the numbers are really an accurate measurement for me personally.
