While I was slightly disappointed at the meetings with a therapist being monthly I could see a more dedicated individual getting a lot from their always available chat system, it just personally didn't work for me. What did work AMAZING is their program for medication where I was seen, heard and taken care of almost immediately and have had monthly check ups and questions to make sure my medication is right for me. I would recommend medication and therapy to everyone just know you don't need to get your therapy here.
