Brightside has allowed me to receive the helping hand I need on my schedule. I live in a rural area and going to a traditional doctor's appointment can be a 3 hour ordeal when considering travel time. With Brightside I don't have all of the downtime on either side of the appointment. I also feel that my provider takes what I say seriously and free of judgment. This hasn't always been my experience.
