I have manageable anxiety and depression, and I’ve been receiving various types of treatment for years. My concern about Brightside is that my provider has NOT asked enough questions about my side effects and how I’m feeling. Not only is this not worth $95/month, I am concerned that it could be dangerous for people with more severe mental health issues. I am hoping to transition to a different provider as soon as possible.
