Have really loved the Brightside service - it was accessible, they matched me with the right therapist right away, the therapist ACTUALLY listened to my concerns with regards to medication (and responded accordingly) and the monthly check-ins are helpful. I know I can always message my therapist, but the plan we started on actually helped me right away and I've been feeling 10x better since I started with them. They made it really easy to get help which I think is 90% of the battle in trying to access therapy.
