I was scared to use Brightside because I've never used psych meds before. The first doctor I was appointed to was not a fit for me but I told her that and Brightside gave me a very warm and caring doctor who I felt safe telling about my experiences so she could properly diagnose me. She has been wonderful and very holistic with me, and also understands I want to take medication temporarily. Brightside is affordable without healthcare and I'm so grateful! The only suggestion I'd make is to edit the check in response spectrum to include "a few times" because there is a big difference between "several times a week" and "none at all" and as my medication is working, I'm experiencing these symptoms just a few times.
