Brightside wasn't clear from the beginning about the length of each session. I'm also being charged a full copay of $50 for half the amount of time that I should be given? I've had three visits thus far + spent the last one talking about techinical issues. I feel frustrated because I'm being charged over the amount I was promised and I'm also not getting anything accomplished.
