My life has vastly improved. Honestly had I not landed on Brightside I'm not sure what would have happened. Thank you so much! If I had any complaints the website hates desktops, and could use an app. I'd love more indirect contact with my therapist, but I don't know how frequently messaging them via the app is appreciated :)
