Is Brightside going to treat me? I requested a med review 5/19/22 and Lissa Goldstein declined to treat me. Im told NOTHING can be done until a supervisor investigates me. Its been 1 week. When will someone tell me if Brightside is refusing to see me or give me a new Provider? I dont know what to do anymore
