Brightside has been great for medication management. My psychiatric provider takes time to listen and will meet multiple times if need be. I am pairing it with outside therapy and it has been extremely beneficial to see what my depression and anxiety look like on a chart. It helps to display patterns which is such an important part of treatment. It's been great! And for what you pay for Brightside, it definitely goes above and beyond.
