Thank goodness for this site. I have been on a wait list for a psychiatrist for over a year in my new state and my medications were not correct when I left my old home, plus- the move kind of set up me up spiral even further. Things got to a scary place and within 1 day I felt hope again and within just a couple of weeks I feel like I'm back to myself.
