It's really hard to navigate and hard to communicate in a timely matter. Struggling to get a prescription refill because the therapist are not properly communicating with the Drs. Booked wrong appt. because the information given to me by the Dr. to make a follow-up appt was not clear on how to do. I ended up booking the wrong appt with a therapist instead of the Dr. and now Im stuck with no medication because I need to do another follow-up and pay $25 again when I just had an appt. on Saturday for the same thing. Really very frustrating.
