I have been able to reduce my anxiety, related to a new health condition, with the help and support of my therapist and the medication prescribed by my psychiatrist. I feel that they listen to me and give good techniques to manage my anxiety. I also feel that they really care about how I'm doing and progressing. Sometimes the exercises that go along with each week of therapy feel daunting, but some of them do help with practicing anxiety management techniques.
