Responses from Provider and Support is quite fast and clear
I have two things to bring to your attention:
1. For me video session once a month is not enough. I would suggest at least twice a month
2. I am not sure that weekly’s check-in questions are reliable. I am saying it because two last weeks I feel practically the same and try to answer honestly as I feel indeed but see that scores going up and down. It doesn’t look to me that it reflects my status.
