I have met with one provider two times. I appreciated his listening and empathy and recommendation. After our second call I tried to connect to update him and was not hearing back. I was able to talk with someone who was able to connect with me with a different provider in order to keep the discussion going. I really appreciate the responsiveness and the understanding of the need for support.
