I’ve only just started meeting with a Brightside provider, but so far I am very pleased with the care I am receiving. I did a health check in last night and this morning I had a message that my provider wanted to meet with me based on my responses. I was able to easily schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I like how I didn’t have to wait to get into a new medical facility without waiting as can often happen. The online appointments are perfect for my busy schedule and my provider really seems to care.
