Brightside is definitely helping. They offer an approach and techniques I have not encountered before. My therapist is excellent. My psych doc is fabulous.
I would only have one critique: considering those who use this treatment are likely not in the best state of mind at the start, some understanding and grace would be preferred as far as completing lessons, practices, and appointments.
