I had never received mental health services remotely until I found Brightside through my insurance. I was not looking forward to the technology aspects and I also thought that I would not be able to connect with the therapist as much through the phone as in person. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get started. I am 61 years old and had no problem using the app - I really like using it. I have a good support from my prescribing physician and from my therapist. I would definitely recommend using the Brightside app!
