I think Brightside is great! The only issue I’m having with the app is that when I click on the app, I am immediately take to “therapy. Book for your first session”. And it will not let me go back or go to any other page or feature. The only way I’m able to use the app is if I click what I need (the message tab for example) super super fast after opening the app, before I’m taken to the therapy book your first session screen. That’s annoying. But aside from that, Brightside has really helped me.
